“The Brain” is an experiment in puppet theater exploring the life and science of Albert Einstein. The performance begins with Einstein on an autopsy table. The narrative travels through time and memory focused through the lens of his last act - the signing of the Russell/Einstein Manifesto, a call for nuclear disarmament. The stage is a dreamscape that includes scenes from his life, and his most famous thought experiments that led to the developments of the Special and General Theories of Relativity. The production blends spectacle with technology and an evocative soundscape to take the audience on a journey through one of the century’s greatest minds.
